Easygas is a service, provided by TotalEnergies which allows you to order LPG cylinder online. It is available on both Google
Play Store and App store for iOS. We guarantee a hassle-free experience in getting an LPG connection with minimal documentation. You can book a cylinder with der delivered just a click of a button on your phone. We have only Pay-on-delivery (POD) option currently and you can choose to pay via UPI or cash to our delivery partners.

We are committed to providing a hassle-free experience to our customers and promise a swift delivery on the same day. But in rare circumstances, it may take upto 24 hours for us to deliver the cylinder. Please visit “My Cylinder” section by clicking on the three bars on top left of your home screen. You can call or text our customer support team and report your grievance during office hours. (Mon-Sat, 9-6) Press the Track button on the bottom of the app and slide up to access the Cancel button from the track window. A gas cylinder typically weighs somewhere around 30 kgs, needs to be transported in a truck and often times our delivery partners have to climb multiple flight of stairs to safely deliver Easygas at your doorstep. This involves a significant effort and hence we charge a fee on the overall order as the delivery fee. How long does it take to deliver my gas cylinder? Easygas is safer because TotalEnergies commitment towards safety over its years of experience and presence in more than 130 countires. Your cylinder goes through rigorous quality checks in the plant and is supplied by an authorized distributor with a valid PESO license. Moreover, the regulator given with a new connection has an excess flow check valve which forms an additional layer of safety against leaks. What to do in case of a cylinder leak?
Why is Easygas safer than your neighborhood private gas dealers?
Please visit “My Cylinder” section by clicking on the three bars on top left of your Easygas home screen. You can call or text our customer support team with your request during office hours. (Mon-Sat, 9-6) In case of a surrender, the deposit amount (Rs.1400/-) is 100% refundable after 1 year, 50% (Rs.700/-) refundable before 1 year from the date of Connection. The regulator charges, hose pipe charges and installation charges, if applicable are non-refundable. For all the customers paying the deposit after Jul’ 23 the cylinder deposit is INR 1600 which is completely refundable at the time of surrendering. But please note that cylinder deposit and deductions are governed by the policies that existed at the time of subscription i.e., the refundable deposit might vary, and deductions might be applicable to customers who have subscribed prior to Jul ’23. What to do in case of a cylinder leak?
- Stay calm and do not panic as panicking can cause more damage by hindering a clear thought process.
- Do not try to switch ON/OFF any electrical equipment as the spark from the switches can cause ignition.
- Put off any source of flame like candles, incense sticks, cigarettes, lighters etc.
- Switch off the gas appliance, turn the regulator off and remove it and use the safety cap on the valve of the cylinder.
- Open all the doors, windows and ventilators of your home to ensure ventilation and drive out the leaked gas but make sure NOT TO turn on any electrical fans, for the reasons given in (ii).
- Evacuate all the members safely and please make sure that you do not switch ON or OFF any electrical switches inside your home and turn off the electricity, take only from the outside
- If there is a fire please call 101/108 immediately.
- In case someone has inhaled LPG, take them somewhere where they can breathe fresh air and if needed seek medical help.

What are the various charges involved while getting a new gas connection?
In case of surrender, the deposit amount (₹ 1600/-) is fully refundable but a handling fee of ₹ 105 will be levied if pick-up from home is requested.
For all the customers paying the deposit after Jul’ 23 the cylinder deposit is INR 1600 which is completely refundable at the time of surrendering.
