The mission of TotalEnergies’ OneTech business segment is to provide the technical, scientific and digital expertise needed to design TotalEnergies’ development projects, deliver support to the operations and project execution in all its industrial activities worldwide. OneTech also drives the Company's technological ambition and delivers on digital to make the best use of our industrial assets.
OneTech India is one of OneTech’s direction. Based in Bengaluru, the mission of its engineers is to support the Company’s growth in power and digital.
In practical terms, OneTech India, which will grow to 500 employees by 2028, works across three focus areas:
- Supporting the rapid growth of renewable projects by developing end-to-end engineering covering development support, execution support and operations support
- Contributing to the technological ambition of the Integrated Power Modelling Strategic Research & Technology Program
- Accelerating the Company’s data & digital transformation by deploying digital programs and ensuring post-deployment maintenance and operations for the industrial data platforms, data products and digital programs.
To support the rapid growth of OneTech India, TotalEnergies has entered into a partnership with Indian engineering and technology company L&T Technology Services Ltd, to identify, recruit and train the talents necessary for the creation of OneTech India.
